With two travel companions, I go for a walk along the beach around half past ten. It is low tide. Patrick warned that later in the day it is no longer possible to reach all beaches because the water will be too high. Several people offer us boat tours and snorkeling trips. However, our goal for today is Baobab Beach. This seemed like a nice beach based on pictures. We walk along the northern side of Nungwi. This is mainly the place where the local population also comes. When we round the bend on the western side, we pass more resorts. The beaches here are beautiful. Every bay looks like a piece of paradise. Passages from bay to bay are sometimes narrow. It is clearly visible that the seawater is already rising. I take off my shoes. Through the surf, I walk to the next bay.
