Qatar Bahrain and Kuwait

At nine o’clock, I meet Wessel at the excursion desk. He is my guide today for the e-bike tour through the capital of Qatar. The cycling group has only eight participants, which is nice for a small group ride. As we leave the ship, Wessel explains that the bikes belong to MSC and travel with the ship. The bikes are already set to the pre-given body lengths. I still have to lower the saddle a bit. Then I follow Wessel out of the harbor. Today, we will mostly follow the Corniche, the wide boulevard along the coast. The first stop is the dhow harbor. These traditional boats were once used by fishermen. Nowadays, tourists are mostly taken for rides on these wooden ships.
