A Caribbean Cruise

I’m out of the water in time for lunch again. The waiter enjoys that we speak Dutch. He brings us two beers at the bar. After lunch, we enjoy the beach and sea a bit more. At three o’clock, everyone is back at the bus. We drive back to the cruise terminal. Along the way, there is an opportunity to get off in Philipsburg. To our surprise, we are the only two passengers who leave the bus here. It is half past three, and we have time to visit the Dutch capital. At Great Bay Beach, we order a local beer. We can’t sit too long because we have to be back on board on time. At a leisurely pace, we walk the two kilometers back to the boat. We are back on board well in time. I wouldn’t have wanted to miss the outing to Philipsburg.
