Ireland > Leaving Dublin

Today we are returning to the Netherlands. We can stay in the apartment until eleven o’clock, which means we can take it easy this morning. When I wake up, I take a shower and pack my luggage again. On the corner of the street, we order breakfast with coffee. There is exactly one table left for four people. At half past ten, we leave the apartment. As instructed, we put the key in the mailbox. We take an Uber taxi to the airport. For four people, this costs about the same as taking the Express bus. We arrive at the airport well in time to check in and complete the remaining formalities.

Ireland -

At Starbucks, we order one last coffee. Afterwards, we wait at gate 307 until we can board the plane. Right on time, the Aer Lingus aircraft takes off towards Amsterdam. The plane lands there shortly after four o’clock in the afternoon. I say goodbye to Milko and Wilco. Allert and Jeannet drive me home.
